So training is up and down. Illness last week put me back a few days - my first ever day off work!
Going for it this week. Bike went to the workshop for a tuning, and feeling bit sharper. Going to attempt about 30 miles most days this week then do 100 miles on Friday and another 100 on Sunday. Should be a real test to see where I'm at. Also need to get organising the route...
